Do I need to download an app?

No. Your plan opens in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen if you'd like reminders there.

Where do the instructions come from?

From your own doctor's office. PrepReady only shares instructions your care team has approved.

What if I feel sick during my prep?

Call or text from your plan and tell us how you feel. If it's urgent, PrepReady connects you to your care team, including the on-call doctor after hours. For an emergency, call 911 right away.

Is my information private?

Yes. PrepReady follows HIPAA. Your invite doesn't include health details, and your plan opens only after you confirm your date of birth.

Have a procedure coming up?

If your practice doesn't use PrepReady yet, ask your doctor about it.

Ask AIVAAbout your prep plan
